Construction of the new Grand Stair entrance to Josie Robertson Plaza from Columbus Avenue, part of the Lincoln Center Development Project.

Constructed 2 new floors atop existing parking facility in a timely fashion, while keeping the facility open so owners would not incur loss of revenue.

Complete plaza restoration, including pool, tennis courts and railings. Restored all necessary concrete deterioration while making the entire plaza water tight.
